PeopleSoft Installation (PeopleTools 8.54 & FSCM 9.2)

Download all the required softwares from https://edelivery.oracle.com

Operating system - Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.6 (64 bit)
Database             - Oracle 12c
Tuxedo                - version 12c
Weblogic             - version 12c

Steps to Install PeopleSoft

1. Install Virtualbox
2. Create a machine in virtualbox with Oracle Enterprise Linux
3. Install Oracle Database 12c
4. Install Tuxedo 12c
5. Install WebLogic12c
6. Install PeopleTools 8.54
7. Install FSCM 9.2 Application
8. Prepare Windows Workstation
9. Database Creation Part 1
10. Database Creation Part 2
11. Database Creation Part 3
12. Configure Application Server
13. Configure Process Scheduler
14. Install PIA

We will go through each step one by one.

Configure Process Scheduler

Open PSADMIN under PS_HOME/appserv

Set the default local node password.

Configure Report Node.

Assign the report node to the server PSUNX.

Restart process scheduler.

Install PIA

Navigate to PS_HOME/setup/PsMpPIAInstall

Run setup.sh

Enter the path where weblogic server is installed.

Here the ports have been changed to HTTP – 7080, HTTPS - 5443

Open psadmin

Login page in Desktop.

Login Page in Mobile.

Configure Application Server

Set the following in the bash profile.

Navigate to PS_HOME/appserv and run psadmin
